Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist who is interested in blockchain, Ethereum and/or Bitcoin to join our globally distributed team (around UTC+1).

We are building a multi-chain RPC gateway, allowing our customers to access fully synced nodes across different blockchains. Blockchain technology has already changed the world in some ways, but we believe that it is just getting started. We’re looking for smart people to help us make blockchain technology more inclusive and more reliable.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Building customer oriented Support service from a scratch
  • Replying to emails and chat messages from customers in English timely and accurate way
  • Identifying customer’s challenges and explain how settings, steps order, features can help
  • Analyzing customers issues and reporting bugs if needed
  • Sharing customer feedback and feature requests with the team
  • Learning the latest product features and explaining them to customers
  • Writing tutorials and guides for our users (like HowTo, FAQ, etc)
  • Helping in hiring, onboarding and mentoring new team members

Requirements and skills

Our ideal candidate is an experienced support specialist with crypto experience.

Specifically, we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of customer support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
  • Understanding basic principles of HTTP, RPC
  • Experience in troubleshooting JSON Requests, REST APIs
  • Tech eager, learning new tools
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to details
  • Empathy as a skill. Ability express empathy while providing customer support in day to day activities
  • Experience with setting up customer support service solutions (Zendesk examples to provide)
