LUKSO is a next generation EVM blockchain based on Casper PoS that will revolutionize the way brands, creators and users interact in Web3. LUKSO is the birth of the New Creative Economy. The project was founded by Marjorie Hernandez and Fabian Vogelsteller, the former Lead DApp Developer at the Ethereum Foundation, author of the ERC20 and ERC725 standards, and built web3.js and the Mist Browser. A core part of LUKSO is the Universal Profile (UP), which allows users to build their own profiles, with upgradeable security, attachable information and true account abstraction. UPs are smart contract based accounts that leverage multiple LUKSO Standard Proposals (LSPs) to improve blockchain user experience and onboarding into Web3. They are easy to create and allow creators, brands and people to explore the multiverse with a long lasting, reputable and interoperable digital identity.
